Whistle blower policy
The policy makes provisions for employees to speak out and report where they feel a malpractice is taking place or, if health and safety standards are being compromised. This directly links to one of Arriva's brand values: "SAFETY- putting the safety of our employees and customers first."
This policy also supports and integrates with the existing Diversity, Equal Opportunities and Harassment policies. Arriva will not tolerate discrimination, victimisation or harassment of employees and any claims reported under this procedure will be viewed seriously and dealt with as a disciplinary matter.
